Webzone app has many great features in the application, business owners easily setup on One Click to Setup product. There is an option Catalog Builder easily for you to import your product and setup as per business. Otherwise, you have the option to manually upload the products one by one.

Firstly if new order will be received. Then notification and message will be received by the business owner. In Application or Website you have an option to receive an order in the order menu, it notifying and easily understandable.

Yes, you can reject your new order received. That will be applicable for circumstances. not for all orders

Webzon App will provide 3 options to ship products, (1). Self Ship, (2). Vendor, (3). Webzon Delivery Partner. In 1 and 2 options will work as per mutual understanding customer and business store and 3rd option you need to setup first correctly then it will work.
