Refund & Cancellation Policy

Project Cancellation

If you wish to cancel the project before work starts, 100% refund will be processed (minus any transaction charges).

After 50% advance payment and design approval: No refund.
Partial refund may be considered on case-to-case basis (maximum 30% of amount paid).

All refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Note: Once the website is live or source code is delivered, no refund is applicable.
